Perfect accommodation. Super friendly host who let us check-in 4 hours earlier. It's right in the centre of Cagliari, so you can reach everything by foot. The only tiny drawback was the stairs you had to go up yo get to the rooms.
Good stay in Cagliari
Overall a nice hotel. Owners are very friendly and the room was nice enough. No elevator (which is common in older buildings in Cagliari) made getting bags up and down a challenge overall, but that was about it.
Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Koffie en thee vrij te gebruiken in de woonkamer. Dichtbij het centrum maar rustig gelegen. Ruime kamer en badkamer.
Wel hoog zonder lift.
Bella struttura rinnovata recentemente. Unica pecca come anticipato si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma per noi che siamo una coppia giovane che viaggiava solo con lo zaino non è stato un gran problema. Attenzione a dove parcheggiate, al parcheggio della stazione abbiamo pagato 30€ per la notte.
Location, location!
The location was great! About 4 min. Walk from the train station and within walking distance to old town. You have to be able to climb stairs, it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The host was very responsive and very helpful. The rooms are clean with AC and common area to have free coffee and tea. Very convenient for flying in and out of Cagliaria airport.

The room was clean and nice. The owner who did not live there was friendly and pleasant. It was good value for money. However, this is not a hotel but part of the 3rd floor of a block. We have been in similar places in other cities in Italy. It was difficult to get in. You had to ring the tel no at the front door and get codes to get into the front door and the door on the 3rd floor. We paid at the property but had to wait until the owner turned up the next evening to pay him. Also you got tokens for the cafe next door for breakfast. The cafe was lovely but you really only got a coffee and a cake. (unclear what you were allowed??) The location was superb and it was close to the bus and train station. Also some of the rooms seemed to be let out to students who kept their food in the kitchen.
